As a China-based electronic component maker, SJK could provide free samples if customers want to do some tests, but corresponding freight should be paid by customers. Moreover, technical consultation and model selection guide are both available.

During-sales Service
The delivery time is usually about 3-4 weeks for quartz crystals, and it changes with product model.

After-sales Service
The warranty period is 1 year. If any quality problem occurs during this time period, we will change or refund these electronic devices.

Special Service
We are willing to help customers with product design so as to acquire customized technical performance, and OEM service is also acceptable.
